Coalition Building

Building a coalition is more than bringing people together, it's putting together the implementation plan to create a movement. Melinated Moms are ready to contribute to the change you want to see in your coalition.

Community Centered Model of Care Program

Our holistic community case management tool is designed to guide moms and women in need of care coordination services with the necessary tools they need to thrive in their motherhood, and not just survive it. We connect our clients with our integrated resources to align their personal and professional goals with the 6 Dimensions of Health and Wellbeing:

Physical health
Mental/Emotional health
Social health
Occupational/Financial health
Environmental health
Spiritual health

Our clients work with our Community Health Workers who are Melinated Moms-certified as Community Engagement Specialists to develop their holistic care plan that aligns with their self identified barriers to change their outcomes from impossible to endless possibilities. Community Engagement Curation

Melinated Moms began as a social event space for moms! We love to plan, coordinate and execute great events that inspire, motivate and cultivate community engagement.

DEI Strategic Planning & Consulting

We work primarily with non profit organizations to learn their needs and pain points to engage with an array of communities across race, ethnicity, cultural influences and languages spoken. Learn more about our strategies, solutions and strengths.

Find Your Roar Advocacy Training

Since 2020, Melinated Moms has trained and certified more than 250 individuals through our signature Advocacy training, Find Your Roar. These individuals embody the framework to connect, engage and deliver an impactful message in alignment with underheard and underserved communities. Workshop and training Facilitation

Join us for our community conversations, training, workshops and live discussions. Our trained staff and Business Network members offer an array of options for connecting, engaging and empowering communities across race, ethnicity, culture and language. We are constantly expanding who and where we serve as group facilitators. Are you interested in us serving as a group facilitator for your organization?
