As a woman, the hardest transition you'll ever go through is from woman to mother. Get daily tips to reclaim your identity as a person, rejuvenate yourself with the things that make you feel beautiful from the inside out and incorporate self-care into your regular routine. Incorporate beauty treatments, quick workouts and relaxation techniques as well as personal group chat prompts to help remind you of who you are and how to connect with our community from every angle. These exercises are both introspective and inclusive. The work is self paced over 5 days because we know the busy moments of motherhood does not follow the same clock for every mom!
